Candle Care

Below are some care tips to allow for a great candle experience:

1) When lighting your candle for the first time, allow for the candle to reach its full melt pool (top layer of candle is fully liquid) to perform properly so that you can receive the boldest scent possible

2) Do Not Burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow candle to cool for at least 2 hours before burning again to maintain the wick

3) Our candles come pre-trimmed for immediate use. However, we recommend keeping your wick trimmed 1/4 inch each time you relight to allow for proper and clean burning.

4) Burn in a safe area (nonflammable, no drafts, away from pets and children) and on heat resistant surfaces. Never leave a candle unattended when lit

5) To avoid smoking or splattering of hot wax, do not blow out candles. Use a candle snuffer, place the lid over candle, or dip the tip of the wick into the wax and restraighten again to extinguish flame

Storing Candles

Keep candles in a cool and dry area, away from direct heat or sunlight to avoid melting and discoloration. Do not freeze or store in a really cold area that will crack or separate the wax

Repurpose Candle Jars

Don't throw your beautiful jars away. Once the candle is finished, place your candle jar in the freezer overnight. The next day the left over wax should solidify and harden making it easy to pop out with a spoon or knife and wash jar. Can reuse as a storage jar, arts and crafts, or even a drinking glass!
